Shipping policy

Paper Products

All paper-only products qualify for free shipping. To protect the product, these will be packaged in an envelope made of stiff cardboard. Orders for greeting cards and small prints may be shipped as a letter with no tracking number. All printers larger than 15x20cm will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to you once the order has been processed.

 

Candle Orders

Shipping charges apply to candle orders. These will be placed in a box with protective packing to protect the product. All candle orders will include a tracking number.

 

How long will I wait to receive my parcel?

Prints are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order. Commission pieces take 1-4 weeks to complete (depending on the piece). This will be negotiated with each customer individually.
