It seems like this item never even shipped out to me, it's been 2 weeks. Definitely won't be here in time for mother's day... Bummer

Hi Allison, thanks so much for the review. I’m really sorry to hear that this didn’t arrive in time for Mother’s Day. I did post this item to you only 9 hours after you purchased it (you purchased it at 2am Australia time, I posted it by 11am the same day). I believe due to Covid, there are major delays with international post from Aus to USA. I have never had a complaint from a customer like this before, and would hate to lost you as a customer.
